You can follow your parcel with the tracking link we send you, or from our tracking page, as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, they arrive in 7 to 12 business days, tracked door to door.

You have 14 days to request a return. Size and colour exchanges are free: write to us with your order number and the size you need.
4. How does the return process work?
You have 14 days from the day the order arrives. The pieces need to be unworn, in perfect condition, with the tags attached and in the original packaging.
5. How do I contact customer support?
We are here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We answer within 48 hours, and usually much sooner than that.
6. Will I pay customs or duties?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price. Depending on where you live, your customs office may charge them when the parcel arrives, and that charge is the buyer's responsibility.
7. Are my payment details secure?
The site runs on SSL encryption, which protects your personal and payment information through the whole checkout. We never see or store your card number.
